    Clinical Features:

    Normal skull and brain, abnormal spine curvature, intracranial ventricles were not dilated , sacro-coccygeal part had small cystic structure over terminal part representing meningocele. Narrow chest cavity with downward displaced heart. Bony parts of upper limbs were typical with medially curved feet. Abdomen protruded outwards with liver, bowels and urinary bladder covered with thin membrane.

    Remarks:

    The gestational age of the fetus was determined to be 25+ weeks of age. The mother was a prima gravida with no consanguineous marriage or family history of genetic conditions. She had mild abdominal pain accompanied by blood stained discharge. The fetus died soon after delivery. The study does not specify the gender.
