    Clinical Features:

    The patient had a history of spontaneous gum bleeding, easy bruising, and prolonged bleeding following trauma since 2 years of her age. Her birth history was unremarkable. Her vitals were within normal limit except tachycardia, and oral cavity was normal.

    Biochemical Data:

    hemoglobin (Hb) level at 8.8 g/dL 4 , platelet count: normal, , bleeding time (BT): 10 minutes, clotting time (CT): 15 min, Von Willebrand factor:Ag assay:t 1%,

    treatement and management:

    Symptomatic treatment includes : - desmopressin acetate and tranexamic acid - prophylactic therapy in minor surgery - Desmopressin nasal spray
